Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI) is an intensive leadership development program initiated by McKinsey & Company Indonesia targeting high performing students from leading universities in Indonesia.
The program objectives are to help the final year students to transition to their first job and enhance their leadership skills to support their vision to actively contribute in unleashing Indonesia’s full potential by introducing leadership and proactive problem solving skills through a fieldwork and forum approach. YLI also provides a platform for the participants to be able to network with other high performing students across Indonesia and distinguished guest speakers.
