The long awaited four-day food glory will be back on 16-19 November 2017 at
Senayan City – JCF17’s Official Venue Partner. Find out who, what, and so much more to

WHO: THE CHEFS
The incredible line ups of International and Indonesian culinary stars are ready to
take you to another level of enjoying incredible dishes.
1. Daniel Wilson
Founder of the much acclaimed Huxtaburger Australia, the man behind their all in-house
recipes.
2. Ryan Clift
His establishment called Tippling Club in Singapore is known for its progressive, avantgarde
cuisine and equally inventive cocktails.
3. Eelke Plasmeijer & Raka Ambarawan
One is the man behind Locavore, Bali, and the other is the cocktail master. Under their
wings, Locavore is considered as one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017.
4. Chele Gonzalez
Gonzalez has opened 3 different concepts in the Philippines; Gallery VASK, VASK Tapas
Room and ArroZeria, offering exceptional culinary experience in each.
5. Chris Salans
Chris Salans remains one of Bali’s top culinary ambassadors promoting the island as a
foodie destination with his Mozaic Restaurant.
6. Manjunath Mural
He is the first Indian Executive chef to score a Michelin star for an Indian restaurant in
Southeast Asia. His vision is to present Indian cuisine at its pinnacle on an international
level, where it can be understood, accepted and respected.
7. Aston Utan
One of Common Grounds founders, Aston is the business brain. He transforms the business
concept from scratch into something big.
8. Lino Sauro
Gattopardo is a restaurant dedicated to seafood. He was honored with the “Chef’s Choice”
Award at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence in 2016.
9. Carlos Montobbio
As Head Chef of ESQUINA, Carlos has developed the restaurant as a leading establishment
for cuisine inspired by his Spanish heritage and personal culinary memories.
10. Ivan Yeo
A rising star chef in Singapore from 1925 Microbrewery. Soon to open a modern Teochew
restaurant, Ivan is the winner of the Dilmah Tea Inspired Awards Singapore 2017 with his
rendition of home brewed tea beer and tea-infused Asian inspired dishes.
